Wood (basswood, birch ply, MDF), card, leather, slate and cork — plus cast acrylic on CO2, and anodized aluminium marking on diodes. NEVER cut PVC or vinyl (it releases corrosive chlorine gas) or polycarbonate/Lexan (it just scorches). Diodes can’t cut clear acrylic or bare metal. The settings library flags safe materials and a confidence level for every row.
